ABSIS is Salva Coromina, a regular fixture in the Barcelona scene since the late 90s under the alias mouseDown/MouseUp. He was a resident DJ at The Loft (Razzmatazz) and a frequent performer at Sónar for many years. He has always explored the depths of electronic music, moving from ambient to techno. Currently, ABSIS holds a residency at the Laut club in Barcelona with the Midline parties. He is also a resident at the MOSTRA festival in Barcelona. His productions are released on labels such as Hivern Discs, Affin, and Oslated, among others, and he is a member of the Grabaciones Perpendiculares label. Furthermore, he uses other aliases for collaborations, such as Atàvic with Estrato Aurora, Absira with Marco Ragni, and Sonic Wave Collective with Spear and Cyklos.
