FRIGOLUM aka MARC FRIGOLA

Marc Frigola began his career in 1997 at KGB, securing his first residency at the legendary venue La Boite in late 1998, and playing his first international gig in September 1999. By the late 1990s, there was hardly a flyer in Barcelona that didn’t feature his name.

In June 1998, when Moog was just taking its very first steps, Marc played his first set at our home. From that day on, he became one of the most regular and acclaimed DJs in our club. He shared countless nights both with the residents of that era, Loe and Omar, and with prominent international artists. Moog was the room that saw him grow as a DJ and offered him the chance to connect with foreign artists who opened doors for him to become an international figure, touring some of the best DJ booths across the continent.

Creator and resident DJ of the fondly remembered “Liquid” parties between 2001 and 2007, his sets have crossed numerous borders over the years: Germany, Austria, Finland, Poland, Italy, Andorra, France, Colombia, and beyond.

Founder of the NLK label alongside Manel Ruiz aka 6tema in 2006, he is currently developing a new project called “62Hz,” which is sure to deliver top-tier electronic music once again.

Officially retired from the stage since 2013, he has never fully stepped away from what he loves most in the world: making the crowd dance by playing one vinyl after another. On September 24th, he returns to our club to relive those extra special years of club culture in our city.
