There are names that don’t need explaining: they are recognized. Juan B is one of them. With over two decades behind the decks, his career is practically a roadmap of techno history in Barcelona and beyond.

His journey began in the early 2000s at Piú (Sppunny) in Sabadell (2000-2003), where he cut his teeth as a resident and began defining his own sound. From there, he made the leap to Moog (2003-2006), the epicenter of Barcelona’s techno scene, during the same years he made his pilgrimage to the legendary Tresor in Berlin (2003). His residency continued at Nitsa / Apolo (2006-2012), one of the country’s flagship clubs, before crossing the sea to settle in Ireland, where he held his most recent residency at Backstory, Dublin (2022-2025).

On the festival circuit, he has performed on some of the most prominent lineups in the scene: Primavera Sound, Monegros, and Sónar in Spain, alongside Electric Picnic and All Together Now in Ireland.

Now, deJuan ~ Juan B—a self-defined “reborn DJ”—is coming back home. His return to Moog is not just another tour date; it is a reunion with the booth that saw him grow up twenty years ago.

Uroz is one of the main resident dj since 2012 of Barcelona’s landmark Moog Club. Spinning around since 2005 he is a reknowed personality in the underground by his long dj sets because each record in his hands is mixable. Has become one of the most essential and versatile djs in Barcelona. His love for all music genres is abundantly clear in his far-reaching mixes. He is able to mix cosmic wave with current electronica, and then masterfully veer towards acid, electro and EBM, moving seamlessly into repetitive 4×4 techno rhythms, the prevalent Moog Club style.
