Miki was born at the end of the 70s. With German and English roots, his family is descended from classical music composers (Lamote de Grignon). Miki started his career as a dj in the mid-90s organizing the first rave parties in Barcelona as a member of the Tasmaniac crew. In the year 2000, he began collaborating with the Kobayashi and DanceFloorKillers labels as one of the dj’s for their label nights, taking part in parties across France and Spain in clubs such as Rex Paris, Fabrik, Ambassade, Le Ramiere, VilaRouge… After that, he started his own label, Dead Rose.

He joined the Tresor family in 2005. During that period, he collaborated with the Tresor brand as the representative dj for Spain, while also holding a residency at the Berlin club.

Currently, he is focused on his personal projects, pushing the Dead Rose Records project forward. Within this project, he created two sub-labels: White Rose Records and Dark Rose Records. He has recorded for Soma, Unknown Territory, Kobayashi, Dancefloorkillers, TWD, Outpost Records, Different is Different, Parallel Pain, Nu Label, Serial 849, and Dj Pro Records. Recently, he started a new project in collaboration with his friends Duster Traum and Spear called TWD, where he has also recorded.

With accurate technique, he is known for the powerful and energetic sound of his productions, which is also a hallmark of his live and dj performances.

More than a decade after his initial foray into Barcelona’s underground scene, Kevin Schwantz has maintained his vision of electronic music as a fuel for social change. He recently launched his own label, Tourian Records. Simultaneously, Serkin remains deeply involved in managing and organizing events for the Technodrome Barcelona collective, which he has represented since 2009. Through this project, he fights against all odds to provide a musical alternative for the city, strictly guided by his ideals and principles. Finally, alongside his long-term partners, he directs and manages Celobert, a series of events focused on supporting the electronic music scene.
