LAKEJ

Based in Stockholm (Sweden), Lakej emerges from a long heritage of Swedish techno. After many years of exploration to refine his sound, he debuted on Adriana Lopez’s label Grey Report with the solo EP Structural Cohesion. This debut presented a theme that would guide not only his sound but also his concepts and titles to this current date, resulting in his own label and artistic platform: Solitär.

With a deep love for details and rhythmic structures, his music has evolved into an introspective, futuristic, yet timeless sound. Through intricate textures, atmospheres, and deep driving rhythms, his music is constantly pushing forward, contributing to the current underground techno scene. This is displayed in both his productions and DJ sets.

Since his debut, his output has been steady on well-established labels such as Semantica, NON series, Soma, Mord, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, New Rhythmic, and Faut Section.
