Over the past 20 years, this label manager, producer, and Madrid-based DJ has been continuously challenging both himself and his audience. His bold ventures, both in the studio and in clubs, have redefined the meaning of electronic music and Techno in particular. With a complex and powerful sound that reshapes genres, Sar—under the moniker Tadeo—has established himself as a true pioneer in the underground Techno scene.
Founder of madridtechno®, Another Intelligence, Cyclical Tracks, and the Net28 platform, as well as an artist on Axis, Symbolism, Non Series, and Token, it is only a matter of time before his musical approach reaches universal recognition. Tadeo stands as a beacon for those seeking original and thought-provoking music. He has built his own signature style by adding avant-garde effects to the Chicago sound and Detroit Techno.
Adding fuel to the fire, his blend of these elements with classical, film-like composition techniques gave birth to works such as Terra Incognita and Chronicles of the Future, which marked a turning point in his promising career. Using three CD players, a drum machine, and endless creativity, Tadeo has captivated clubs and festivals such as Berghain, Tresor, Tantsa, Watergate, about blank, Fuse, Rex, Concrete, Gate Porto, Goa, Magazini Generali, Fabric, The End, Propaganda, Womb, Vent, Stardust, The Edge, Nitsa, Sonar Festival, Air… Essentially, he has already performed at nearly every major club across the globe.
He has also ventured beyond Techno, performing live at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid and at the 12th edition of the Spanish Film Biennale in Annecy. Additionally, he has been invited as a guest speaker at the Red Bull Music Academy in Spain and Colombia, and has conducted seminars on mixing and music production at various festivals and music events.
Men will soon arrive in Barcelona after playing all the clubs in their native Cantabria (La Real, Locomotive, Whipporwill…) and will begin to donate war to the venues from the beginning of the 90s. Both sessions ended up being considered one of the greatest exponents of local techno. Techno is serious, from energy to relentless pressure and hype, but the influence of many other styles such as industrial, Detroit hard funk or the more ballable IDM is noteworthy. Tot hope that it is decided to publish its own material, which seems to be one of its own objectives, a MEN session is a sure value.
