Eduardo De La Calle: DJ and producer who, across a glittering 25-year production career and under an array of aliases, has recorded with many of the most important labels and DJs of modern times such as Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth, Carl Craig, Luciano, DJ Hell, Tiga, or Oxia, to name a few. It’s hard to put a fine point on Eduardo’s sound. Capable of composing lush, languid soundscapes, complex IDM, or sci-fi jazz, De La Calle has edited and released 250 releases in vinyl format and has also performed in more than 60 countries during the last two decades. He is the founder of his new brand project Telemaco Xavier Jazz Quintet, and is in charge of the mixing, development, and progression of the formation. In this musical group designed for stage and “live” formats, Eduardo is in charge of the sound aesthetics and studio mixes, adding to the quintet a futuristic vision and at the same time an unorthodox vision of jazz and electronica; their first studio album is finished and will soon be released.
