MEN arrived in Barcelona a few years ago after tearing it up in all the clubs in his native Cantabria (La Real, Locomotive, Whipporwill and more), where he started to make his mark behind the decks in the early nineties. After settling beside the Mediterranean, he began to earn a well-deserved name with his sessions and he is now considered one of the best exponents of local techno. This is serious techno, with energy under pressure and relentless bass, but also showing the influence of many other styles, such as industrial sound, Detroit hard funk and the most danceable kind of IDM. While we wait for him to decide to release his own material, which seems to be one of his next goals, MEN will be at the Moog. With a MEN session you can be sure of a good time.
