Emir-B is a DJ and producer born in Argentina but now based in Spain.
Inspired by his conviction that electronic music brings with it a strong sense of community, he has founded and joined various collectives, including Witches and KIDZ in Argentina. The second of these is a forum for militancy and music linked to the LGTBIQ+ movement. More recently, Emir-B has launched Máquina Total, a party that has already been held four times in Barcelona.
As a DJ he curates eclectic mixes with hybrid sounds that keep up a lively club image and incorporate mutant genres such as prototechno, break and electro, as well as new beat, trance and bleep.
He runs the ground-breaking electronic music label Mega Records.
Disc jockey and vinyl collector Brenda, from Barcelona, has been resident DJ at the legendary Moog Club for more than two years. Her beginnings in electronic music date back to her childhood, and her first performances were at Switch Bar, a microclub in Barcelona’s Gràcia neighbourhood. Brenda’s selections range from house to techno, electro, trance, EBM… and lots of acid. The “old school” undercurrent is her most characteristic personal trademark, showing her passion for nineties sounds.
