Angel Molina is able to move a track between atmosphere, drone or techno, without bidding on a speed hype or doing without it for as long as it takes. From here he sees his prestige and reputation, he himself is the creator of the atmospheres, without because they will say or demands of what has been preconceived in a session. A creativity and open mind that led him to receive the Tendèncias award for his career in 2016. Angel Molina does not close himself in a space, when asked about current references he has cited things like Dive, Moderat, Shed or Fever Ray, cult artists in different fields. So today he continues to perform in venues all over the world, he continues as resident DJ of the Sònar festival – being in charge of the closing set of the festival’s 30th anniversary in 2023.
